Our trial bike star is simply fantastic all around. Best-in-class performance, fantastic handling and powerful torque! In short: Our TXT RACING 300 is a trial workhorse! With more than enough massive, clean and well-usable power, it allows all trial experts to push their limits and exploit endless possibilities. Not for the faint of heart, this 300cc 2-stroke is designed to eat the toughest climbs and toughest challenges for breakfast. Thanks to its impressive manoeuvrability, low maintenance costs, superior suspension, robust and precise transmission, and braking and clutch hydraulics from Braktec, the TXT RACING 300 delivers truly outstanding trial performance.

BODYWORK
New year, new look. Our fresh graphics certainly make a statement, ensuring the GASGAS TXT RACING 300 stands out from the crowd. The new design is applied to slim, smooth, and ergonomic bodywork that allows you to get into all kinda shapes as you clean the gnarliest of sections. It’s likely that you’ll hit the deck from time to time too, which is why all GASGAS bodywork is made from a special blend of Polypropylene. What’s so special? Well, it’s super flexible and will return to its normal shape even if it’s bent more than 180 degrees!

AIRBOX
There aren’t many bikes that have an airbox with a such a clever design, but ours do! Not only does it house the top-quality Twin Air filter, but the overall structure also plays a vital role in allowing our trial bikes to be super slim. With easy access to the airbox, filter changes are made quick and easy with just one bolt safely securing the filter in place. 

HANDLEBARS & GRIPS
Strong, lightweight, and tapered NEKEN handlebars are fitted with RENTHAL grips for the best in both strength and comfort. With the bars clamped into the handlebar clamps made of forged aluminum the entire front-end of the TXT RACING range is super stable with a familiar feel for a confidence boosting ride, time after time. This provides improved stiffness and better feedback to the rider plus we increased protection by adding a bar pad.

FUEL TANK
Redesigned for enhanced ergonomics while fitting seamlessly within the frame and bodywork, the compact 2.4-liter fuel tank is held in place with just one bolt, ensuring fast removal and quick re-installation.

FRAME
Strong, but with just the right amount of flex. That’s how we build our trial frames, using tubular, 1.5mm 25CrMo4 chrome-moly steel for exceptional levels of rider feedback! Using advanced manufacturing processes, each one is crafted with laser cutting and robot welding. The end result is frames that are incredibly durable and ensure true trial performance. Weighing just 6kg, all frames are complete with a robust GASGAS-red powder coating. Lateral hangers made of forged aluminium connect the steering head zone with the large skid plate, that better protects the engine, lower frame rails, and linkage.

CNC MACHINED TRIPLE CLAMPS
Super cool and guaranteed to ensure front-end stability! Our silver anodized CNC machined triple clamps not only look the business, but they’re incredibly lightweight and play a huge role in delivering precise handling. 

TECH FORKS
Smooth and progressive for the very best performance, the 39mm low-friction TECH forks play a vital role in making sure this bike is super agile. On top of the left fork leg you can set up the pre-load while at the bottom you can use the end stroke adjuster to fine tune the compression. Over on the top of the right fork leg you’ll be able to fine tune the rebound to really dial in the forks and create a personalized setting.

SWINGARM
Slim, lightweight, and super-strong! Cast from a single piece of aluminum, the swingarms fitted to the entire TXT RACING range are manufactured with proven rigidity and optimal flex, to soak up the biggest of rear wheel hits with ease. 
MOTOR
Powerful, light, and compact. The TXT RACING 300 motor is without doubt the most competitive in its class. Our engineers have never stopped developing the 300cc 2-stroke motor, squeezing out more and more user-friendly performance while ensuring maintenance costs remain low. Sharing much of the same architecture as the smaller capacity GASGAS trial bikes, the motor not only gives riders tons of smooth power, but the overall design also aids handling. 
CYLINDER HEAD
It’s a simple looking part but the new die-cast aluminum cylinder head on the TXT RACING 300 is super important. Firstly, you can now fine tune the power as different inserts are available as a Technical Accessory. And secondly, the flow of the coolant is improved to make sure the motor runs at the perfect temperature at all times.
CYLINDER & PISTON
Big power, excellent torque and class-leading performance comes from a specially developed 79mm piston on our TXT RACING 300. And a cylinder that has specifically designed intake and exhaust ports to ensure the perfect flow of air/fuel mixture. 

CARBURETOR
Giving our 2-stroke motors all the fuel they need for a wide spread of smooth, strong power is the KEIHIN PWK 28mm carburetor. 
TRANSMISSION
Light, strong, and reliable. Just what you’d want from a transmission! A few small refinements for 2025 improve shifting and durability, giving an even better riding experience. The clever 4/6 system allows riders to select from 6 gears when there are only 4 gears on the internal transmission shaft, saving weight and allowing for super compact crankcases. Cool huh! A new addition for the TXT RACING models is that they now feature the same shift lever as our GP bikes, which leads to more positive shifts, even when it’s muddy.
CRANKSHAFT
We work hard to ensure the crankshaft on the TXT RACING 300 runs as freely as possible, like we do on all of our trial bikes. Ideally balanced for incredibly smooth, vibration free motor performance, it deliver the 60mm stroke via a high-performance connecting rod with a closed main bearing by SKF for peace of mind and long-lasting durability.
CRANKCASE
The TXT RACING 300 delivers serious performance from an ultra-compact motor. Something only possible because of the super-small crankcases. Manufactured using a high-pressure die-cast process, they’re lightweight while also being incredibly strong. They also hold all internal motor parts close to the bike’s center of gravity for awesome handling. 
EXHAUST SYSTEM
A stainless-steel front pipe and rear silencer maximize the power and torque from our compact 2-stroke motors. Both components are low in weight for uncompromised handling yet high in strength for incredible durability. Speaking of things being durable, the silencer end cap is designed to keep out of harm’s way and reduce the risk of any potential damage. And when it comes to changing the silencer packing, an easy-access design makes a not so fun job a whole lot quicker and easier. Thank us later!
CLUTCH
Release all the torque and power you need with just one finger thanks to our super light BRAKTEC hydraulic clutch! The reliable system is designed to ensure even wear for smooth operation and exceptional performance at all times. Consisting of three Kevlar friction plates, two steel plates, and a Belleville spring design, hours and hours of maintenance free riding is guaranteed. A durable clutch cover guarantees higher stiffness and a smoother profile lever offers a more comfortable feel.
KICKSTARTER
A strong and reliable kickstarter is designed for one thing only – to make sure starting the bike is quick and easy. Okay, that was two things…
BRAKTEC BRAKES
For 2025 we’ve taken the braking performance of our TXT RACING range up a notch as each bike is now equipped with the same GALFER disks that you’ll find on our TXT GP bikes. Up front you’ll find a 185mm floating waved disk with a 4-piston BRAKTEC caliper while at the rear there’s a 150mm solid waved disk with a 2-piston BRAKTEC caliper. The rear disk also complies with FIM regulations so this bike’s good to go at any event. 
FAN AND RADIATORS
The seriously clever integrated cooling system on our TXT RACING trial bikes is further improved with a redesigned fan that increases air flow and reduces sound. And with the radiator neatly tucked away between the aluminum engine mounts, the whole system is well protected from crash damage for continued 2-stroke performance. 
WHEELS
They’re built to last. Strength and reliability combine to create high performing wheels that will stand the test of time. With a CNC machined hub connected to the cool, black anodized aluminum rims from MORAD with lightweight spokes, this wheelset is capable of soaking up the hardest of hits. Up front, the aluminum axle is low in weight, high in strength, and plays a huge part in ensuring the front-end has a lightweight feeling. 
TIRES
MICHELIN’s super-light X11 tires connect all our TXT RACING bikes to the rocks, mud, and obstacles beneath them. The best in the business, they feature super-pliable knobbles, which together with low pressures offer exceptional grip. 
IGNITION/ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
HIDRIA ignitions generate stronger power, which stabilizes idling and creates a cleaner response from the bottom end. Depending on your riding style and weather conditions, the handlebar mounted map switch allows for a choice of two ignition curves, which can be selected for tailored power in every section. 
FOOTPEGS
To improve comfort on the bike, the footpegs have been fully redesigned with an increased surface area closer to the frame. This unique design including a fixing bolt which is completely hidden in the frame allows riders to grip the bike more efficiently which enhances control considerably when compared to previous models. The same tried and tested special micro-casting process is retained for continued low weight and maximum grip.
