12/12/2024 – CHASE DOWN UNCHARTED TERRITORY

CHASE DOWN UNCHARTED TERRORITY

WITH THE 2025 KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE R

Be it isolated ice-clad tundras, heavily wooded forests or dried-up riverbeds, the 2025 KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE R is ready to cross borders in search of new, uncharted ground. The KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE R sits at the top of the offroad Adventure food chain and obliterates all challengers, providing off-grid Adventure motorcyclists with the ideal platform to travel beyond the beaten track.

For 2025, the KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE R features an all-new bodywork design, LED lighting, a shorter, more offroad-focused windshield, and more storage binnacles. The 2025 KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE R sees an increase in frame stiffness, improving handling and track stability. A reworked crash bar – fitted as standard – has also been stiffened, with an additional arm towards the engine bracket providing increased protection.

Unlike the KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE S and S EVO, the KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE R is fitted with a more traditional suspension set up better suited to hard offroad use, with a 48 mm WP XPLOR split cartridge fork up front and WP XPLOR Progressive Damping System (PDS) shock taking care of duties at the rear end.

Engine displacement is increased from 1,300 to 1,350 cc, producing a staggering 173 Ps at 9,500 rpm and 145 Nm at 8,000 rpm, with all-new CAMSHIFT™ technology providing improved rideability in the low rpm range. This makes for a smoother response when negotiating tight trails.

The innovative CAMSHIFT technology provides variable-valve timing with two individual cam profiles. At higher revs, the inlet cams shift sideways, opening the valves for longer to increase fuel flow into the cylinder head, drastically increasing performance. In the lower rev range, the inlet cams have a reduced valve timing and lift. This technology results in a noticeable increase in rideability at both slower speeds and high-performance use on faster, open roads.

The KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE R also receives KTM’s new premium electronics package, with an all-new eight inch vertical-mounted dashboard featuring inductive technology allowing easy operation – even when wearing thick winter or offroad gloves. GO THE DISTANCE

WITH THE NEW 2025 KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE GT

In receiving its boldest transformation yet, the 2025 KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE GT takes another significant leap forward and accelerates further ahead of the chasing pack. THE LONG DISTANCE BEAST just got even more radical, fulfilling its design brief to meet incredible dynamism, taking the Sports Tourer category to exceptional new heights.

Already the most extreme bike in its segment, it has adrenaline rush at its core, boasting class-leading technology, superior handling, and an engine package that is now more powerful and torque-rich than ever before. It’s a refined package that delivers more muscle and aggression than its predecessors.

Now boasting a displacement of 1350 cc and sharing the same LC8 V-twin engine as the 2024 KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE R EVO, performance is further optimised on the 2025 KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE GT, taking this new generation sports tourer to new heights. A centrally positioned ram air intake, a redesigned air box and a wider radiator are just a few enhancements that boost both power and efficiency, taking its capabilities to the next level.

Riders can take full advantage of revised gearing that makes fifth and sixth gears far more effective, resulting in better use of the rpm range – they’re no longer considered to be overdrive gears at moderate speeds, which makes for a more READY TO RACE motorcycle. The goal was clear: to create an exceptionally fast road bike with serious track ambitions, delivering peak performance in every scenario.

The Kiska design team has gone to town on every single angle, developing superior, more compact ergonomics that are beneficial to this machine’s soul purposes: enabling riders to spend long hours in the saddle, whilst being able to unleash its improved performance – whether on tour or on track. An all-new signature LED headlight and simplified brake light with integrated turn signals add to the bike’s bold styling, complete with a lower profile that emphasises its most up to date chassis.

The 2025 KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE GT receives the latest-generation chassis from THE BEAST, the 2024 KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE R EVO. This chassis provides increased torsional stiffness and a lower centre of gravity, offering optimal front tyre feedback for superior control. Stability, combined with agile, sporty handling, has been further refined through the addition of the latest generation WP APEX Semi Active Technology (SAT) suspension front and rear. Comfort Mode has also been heavily revised, improved for those longer days in the saddle. This was a major focus during the development phase and is where riders will notice the biggest difference from the previous generation model. This setup enhances sensitivity and responsiveness, offering greater customisation options for a more dynamic and adaptable riding experience.

Blistering performance requires equally strong stopping power, which is achieved by the proven Brembo systems. Up front, a set of four-piston Stylema monoblock calipers grip 320 mm floating discs, while the rear is equipped with a Brembo twin-piston floating caliper and a 240 mm disc for precise, controlled braking. A new MCS (multi-click-system) front brake lever enables increased adjustability, while Cornering ABS, Supermoto ABS, as well as the new Supermoto+ and Sport ABS modes provide riders with multiple options.

Fitted with lightweight Michelin Power 6 tyres that feature dual compound technology, straight line and cornering grip has been increased. Additionally, a new Tyre Pressure Monitor System (TPMS) with improved functionality allows riders to set a custom pressure for track riding.

A state-of-the-art electronics package has been developed, offering class leading rider aids and a new Ride Mode concept. Its revolutionary 8.8 inch TFT (H88) touchscreen dashboard benefits from a simplified menu structure, while the CCU3.0 also ensures seamless reconnection with your smartphone on every ignition cycle. Further functionality includes Offline Map Navigation, with relevant safety features integrated, operational at the press of a button on the all-new handlebar switch cubes. This high-tech experience extends to the Ride Modes, which have been completely reworked. The standard modes now include Rain, Street, Sport, and an all-new Custom mode. Additionally, there are two optional Custom configurations and an optional Track Mode, enhancing personalisation capabilities. To keep tech levels at an all-time high, a Front Radar has been added, offering features such as Adaptive Cruise Control, Brake Assist, Distance Assist and Group Riding. Demo Mode is also available for the first 1,500 km, allowing customers to sample all the available tech and make an informed decision on which tech pack best suits their needs.

Representing a major step forward in improved street riding character that doesn’t compromise capabilities on the track, the opportunities are endless aboard the 2025 KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE GT. More of a BEAST than ever before, the 2025 KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE GT is poised and prepared to go the distance.

A full selection of KTM PowerParts and KTM PowerWear have also been developed for 2025 KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE GT riders, providing first-class personalisation options purposely crafted to elevate performance and protection, no matter how far or fast the journey.

31/10/2024 – PUNISH THE COMPETITION

PUNISH THE COMPETITION

WITH THE NEW 2025 990 DUKE R

More aggressive, bolder, and built to punish all before it. The 2025 KTM 990 DUKE R sets the new standard in the middleweight Naked bike segment, building upon the existing KTM 990 DUKE platform with added flare. Put simply, its sportier stance and READY TO RACE purpose places it way ahead of the chasing pack. THE PUNISHER is here as the most brutal of all.

KTM celebrated 30 YEARS OF DUKE in 2024 and the latest R model in the line-up arrives with maximum fight at its core. Situated at the pinnacle of its class, increased power, and a more focused intent make the KTM 990 DUKE R the most aggressive middleweight, that guarantees riders the edge on both road and track.

Its white colour trim and graphic, complete with matt black and white accents and an electronic orange gloss powder coated frame, draws inspiration from various heritage models in the previous KTM 990 SUPER DUKE R range – in particular, the second-generation model produced between 2011 and 2013. The ‘R’ on the tank immediately signals its next-level DUKE DNA without compromise.

The premium new generation tech features offer unprecedented electronic functionality. The new 8.88-inch landscape-mounted touchscreen TFT dashboard includes inductive technology and a split-screen mode, enhancing readability and optimising information display. For more in-depth information on the all-new TFT dash, click HERE.

KTM 990 DUKE R riders also benefit from a fresh new switch cube layout, connectivity unit, map navigation system and customisable ride modes, along with the introduction of SPORT ABS and SUPERMOTO+ ABS, for riders who demand limits to be smashed.

In comparison to the KTM 990 DUKE introduced last year, the R version’s 947 cc engine now boasts an additional 7 PS – up from 123 PS to 130 PS – while maintaining 103 Nm of torque and with a 10,500 RPM limit. Its elevated power output is courtesy of improved mapping that truly unleashes the fire-breathing might of the LC8c motor.

Weight has remained the same for a total READY TO RACE weight of 190 kg, complementing the updated ergonomics that result in a slightly higher centre of gravity. Both the seat height and ground clearance are 15 mm higher, which is a result of longer suspension travel and a steeper swingarm angle that allows around three degrees more lean angle when on the attack. The frame and swingarm have also been updated due to the suspension linkage construction at the rear, allowing the rider more mechanical grip for harder riding.

Fully adjustable WP APEX Suspension components are equipped front and rear, boasting the new Open Cartridge fork with 143 mm of travel. With a diameter of 48 mm – increased from 43 mm on the KTM 990 DUKE – it is 34 per cent stiffer, with upgraded settings developed to offer a sportier feel. The bike becomes more planted with better control, without sacrificing agility.

Additionally, the new WP APEX rear shock incorporates upgrades in line with the linkage system, with travel reduced to 140 mm – a ten mm reduction to compensate for the introduction of the linkage. It too has been developed for maximum performance, fitted with a new linear spring keeping things in check for all day attacks on the street or track.

High-performance braking systems, including Brembo Stylema monoblock calipers and a Brembo MCS master cylinder, are utilised at both ends. They feature 320 mm discs (compared to 300 mm on the KTM 990 DUKE), lighter components, and a more precise feel under braking, ensuring dominant performance in all circumstances.

The 2025 KTM 990 DUKE R features Michelin Power Cup 2 tyres that wrap around adapted orange rims carried over from the KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE R model. Its refined technical enhancements make it a formidable mid-capacity naked bike, ready to take on any road or track with a pure READY TO RACE attitude. THE PUNISHER is taking no prisoners in the mid-range battlefield!

A full range of KTM PowerParts and KTM PowerWear has also been developed specifically to suit the KTM Street range, further maximising the potential for riders to customise their bikes.

24/10/2024 – BRING MORE ADVENTURE TO THE STREET

BRING MORE ADVENTURE TO THE STREET

WITH THE NEW 2025 KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE S

The 2025 KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE S is the most insane Adventure Sports bike available and is made for riders who want more speed, more tech and more punch than ever before.

The ‘S’ has always denoted a street orientation in KTM’s ADVENTURE range. For 2025, this is no different, with the KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE S providing Adventure motorcyclists with a flurry of all-new technological and mechanical advancements.

22/10/2024 – NEXT LEVEL CRAZY!

NEXT LEVEL CRAZY!

MORE IS MORE – INTRODUCING THE 2025 KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE S EVO

Taking the accolade of being the most technologically advanced Adventure machine in the KTM wheelhouse, the 2025 KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE S EVO doesn’t only move the goalpost – it simply obliterates the playing field.

The KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE S EVO sits at the top of the KTM SUPER ADVENTURE line-up, bringing all-new technological and mechanical advancements to the adventure-motorcycling realm.

Starting at the chassis, the KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE S EVO boasts reworked frame stiffness, improving handling and track stability, with eight mm lower and 10 mm wider footpeg positioning to improve rider comfort with a greater knee angle.

The KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE S EVO is fitted with the latest generation WP Semi-Active Technology. Compared to the previous generation, the SAT has been tuned to be more precise with consistent damping behaviour at higher frequencies. This was achieved using new PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) sensors and a new through-rod fork construction that combines design borrowed from Open Cartridge and Closed Cartridge suspension elements.

Styling and ergonomics have also been updated for 2025, with new bodywork and seat design, all-new LED headlight, new windshields and storage compartment, to mention a few. However, the mechanical elements under the new skin provide the biggest updates over the previous generation, with the change in engine capacity being the most immediate highlight.

The KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE S EVO boasts an increased engine displacement from 1,300 to 1,350 cc, producing 173 PS @ 9,500 rpm and 145 Nm @ 8,000 rpm. This comes courtesy of reworked engine components and all-new CAMSHIFT technology, which provides improved rideability in low rpm range, higher peak performance, low emissions and fuel consumption. At higher revs, the inlet cams shift sideways, opening the valves longer and higher to flood the cylinder with gas, unleashing maximum performance. In the lower rev range, the inlet cams dial back the valve timing and lift, optimising rideability. This dual approach delivers a powerful boost in performance, whether you’re navigating city streets or tearing up faster roads.

This is mated to an all-new Automated Manual Transmission (AMT) – a first for KTM and exclusive to the KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE S EVO. First seen as a prototype in the hands of Johnny Aubert on the formidable Iron Road Prologue at the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo, the AMT is one of the most innovative engine developments made by KTM in recent years.

The AMT allows the rider to choose between traditional manual shifting, by way of the foot lever or bar-mounted paddles, or a completely twist-and-go automated transmission, while retaining a full READY TO RACE attitude. To learn more about KTM’S all-new AMT technology, click HERE.

The KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE S EVO also receives KTM’s new premium, portrait-mounted, touchscreen V80 TFT dashboard. This brings an entirely new generation of premium electronic and electric architecture and rider usability to the fore.

The eight inch Touchscreen features inductive technology, allowing easy operation even when wearing thick winter gloves, while an innovative anti-reflex, anti-fingerprint and anti-glare coating improves overall readability. Click HERE to read more on the new V80 TFT Dashboard.

Here, riders have access to all new RIDE MODES and Connectivity features, and KTM’s latest Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) which adds Brake Assistance, Collision Warning and Distance Warning to its arsenal. The new ACC system, combined with AMT, features ACC Stop & Go. When activated, this system will bring the motorcycle to a complete stop if the vehicle ahead comes to a hold. Once the vehicle moves, the motorcycle will automatically resume its motion.

All the above comes courtesy of a more compact, fifth-generation front radar sensor made by Bosch and fitted as standard on the KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE S EVO. This features performance optimisation, improved truck detection, a higher maximum speed, and updated cancellation thresholds, with Dynamic, Street and Group Ride functionality.

The 2025 KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE S EVO is a powerhouse in both performance and technological advancements, pushing the boundaries of Adventure motorcycling even further.

17/10/2024 – FRESHLY CHARGED FOR 2025

FRESHLY CHARGED FOR 2025

KTM FREERIDE E BRINGS NEW ENERGY TO KTM OFFROAD E-MOBILITY

Ten years after KTM first introduced the electric FREERIDE concept to market, the completely refreshed 2025 KTM FREERIDE E represents the company's next step in its approach to the liberty, practicality and vast potential of offroad e-mobility.
The 2025 KTM FREERIDE E – ridden by hardenduro star Manuel Lettenbichler – marks a significant milestone for KTM, a full decade after the electric KTM FREERIDE E concept was introduced. Lettenbichler’s endorsement of the bike showcases its capability in challenging off-road environments, validating its performance at the highest level of the sport.

KTM treasures the virtues of the platform: the KTM FREERIDE E tackles not only some of the environmental issues with offroading (low emissions, near silent noise, which means it can be ridden almost anywhere) but also the benefits of low maintenance. The all-new KTM FREERIDE E is also the perfect choice for riders seeking trial-like capabilities without the limitations of a traditional trials bike, such as the lack of a seat, short gear ratios and excessive noise. The bike provides the thrill of instant torque and power, and a set-up with both brakes mounted on the handlebars will allow experienced users to work more on their technique and positioning, while being the easiest possible introduction to the awesomeness of riding for newcomers.

Back in 2014, KTM unveiled the KTM FREERIDE E in both Enduro and Motocross forms, followed by a street homologated version for urban commuting and ‘play riding’. A decade later, technology has advanced, hardware is better and lighter, and software has become cleverer. Into this setting comes the latest expression of the KTM FREERIDE E, showing that KTM rigorously believes in the future and possibilities of battery power. The 2025 KTM FREERIDE E is a natural progression from the superb roster of new KTM SX-E minicycles, which form the ideal learning stage for future bikers.

So, what’s new?

KTM’s R&D department has been busy bringing the most exciting interpretation of electric drivetrain technology to the KTM FREERIDE E platform. Boasting 11 kW of nominal output, 19.2 kW peak power, more than 37 Nm of torque, and a top speed of 95 km/h, the engine is a much quieter, cooler, safer unit that is water and dustproof, and fully integrated into the overall character and feel of the motorcycle. Three ride modes (ECO, NORMAL, and SPORT) and three energy recuperation settings (OFF, MID, and HIGH) can be synced to ensure flexibility with the range and power package of the KTM FREERIDE E. Traction control can also be pegged to a certain level to limit or increase wheelspin. More safety considerations come from the ‘rollover sensor’ that cuts the power in the event of a crash.

KTM prioritised nimble and light handling, and developed a new chassis. The geometry has been altered and the wheelbase widened for more stability and comfort. The chassis can remain featherweight and slim by hinging the chrome-molybdenum steel frame on the load-bearing engine and battery architecture. Expect the final ride-ready weight to be less than 112 kg, and the aluminum and glass-fibre reinforced nylon subframe helps in this respect. The KTM FREERIDE E’s seat height is 910 mm.

The 29 kg MX50 Lithium-Ion battery has been tested and proven in the most extreme conditions. It has been constructed in a way that means it is interchangeable, allowing the use of a second pack while the charging process takes place or to increase travel use. The capacity is 5.5 kWh, an improvement of 1.5 kWh compared to the previous KTM FREERIDE E, and 20% more riding time or distance. Battery life can withstand over 1,000 charge cycles before dipping to 80% effectiveness. Typical Enduro riding time is estimated to be between two and three hours.

The KTM FREERIDE E comes with a 660 W charger and will complete a full charge in eight hours with a normal household supply. 20-80% rate can be reached between four and five hours.

Robust and dependable handling is achieved with the latest generation of WP Suspension. The front end is reactive but planted when required, thanks to light 43 mm WP XACT split design fork, with the air capsule in the left unit and the oil damping system in the right. Adjustment is easily made with the single air pressure valve and supplied air pump, for preload, with clickers offering compression and rebound adjustment. The brand-new design of the WP XPLOR PDS system provides 250 mm of travel on the rear. Oil flow has been optimised for a more consistent damping feeling from the 374 mm shock. New bearing seals have enlarged service intervals. The WP XPLOR PDS comes with adjustable clickers for tool-less alterations on the fly.

Other features include black aluminum wheels – fitted with versatile Michelin Enduro Medium tyres for EU models, BRAKETEC braking systems featuring 260/240 mm front and rear discs, a new Switchcube selection unit for the handlebars, and in-mould graphics and aesthetics that perfectly complement the look of the KTM SX and KTM EXC lines.

The 2025 KTM FREERIDE E is a versatile electric dirt bike with both off-road prowess and road-legal capabilities, given its road homologation. This feature allows riders to tackle untouched trails and then legally transition to public roads, making it perfect all round FREERIDE.

2025 KTM FREERIDE E Technical highlights:

  • New 2025 model from the ground up, new in-house KTM drivetrain
  • 11 kW nominal power, 19.2 kW peak power, 37 Nm of torque, and a top speed of 95 km/h
  • 20% more battery potential. 8h charging time with 660 W unit, 1.5h with 3.3 kW power charger (0-100% capacity) & 5.5 kWh battery capacity for 2-3 hours of Enduro riding time
  • 21”/18” aluminum wheels
  • Adjustable and light WP XACT and XPLOR suspension technology redesigned chromoly steel frame purpose-built for the platform and 112 kg total weight
  • Removable battery in less than ten minutes

The new 2025 KTM FREERIDE E will be rolling off the Austrian production line this winter and will be available from February 2025.

25/07/2024 – KTM 85 SX

KTM 85 SX 2025

STEP UP INTO THE BIG LEAGUES

Filling the gap between the KTM 65 SX and the KTM 125 SX, the 2025 KTM 85 SX provides young racers the ideal platform to launch into full-size motocross competition, ready to pick up the baton and continue its domination in the 85 cc class.

The 2025 KTM 85 SX is developed to be as close to a scaled-down version of a full-size KTM Motocross machine as possible, with international testing in Europe, North America and Australia. This has resulted in an 85 cc screamer that not only looks like it's bigger brothers but behaves like them, sharing the same high levels of quality and attention to detail.

For 2025, the KTM 85 SX has been updated significantly to enhance handling characteristics, boost rider confidence, and improve engine performance in the low to mid-rpm range.

A completely new frame, subframe and swingarm provide the basis for the update over the previous generation. Based on the full-sized KTM SX frame concept, the high-strength chromium molybdenum steel frame integrates carefully calculated longitudinal flex and torsional rigidity parameters for unmatched rider feedback, energy absorption, and straight-line stability. This is mated to a 1-piece polyamide glass fibre reinforced aluminum subframe, reducing overall weight and providing a platform to integrate the electronics. Manufactured using a gravity die-cast process, the one-piece aluminum swingarm offers exceptional strength with minimal weight. The topology has been optimised for maximum rigidity, and an improved casting process reduces the weight by 300 grams. Additionally, a 20 mm rear axle has been fitted to optimise and match the chassis flex characteristics.

The new frame also allowed for a new riding experience with a steering head at 63.5 degrees – half a degree flatter than the previous generation – and moved rearwards by 6 mm. This has aided in cornering stability and a more planted feel in high-speed acceleration, further supported by a wider steering angle of 35 degrees, which has improved the steering angle by 2 degrees over its predecessor.

The engine position has also been tweaked, with a 3 degree rotation upwards to maintain a more direct connection point with the swingarm. This has allowed for the most effective weight distribution when hitting jumps.

Regarding suspension updates, the 2025 KTM 85 SX benefits from an all-new, fully-adjustable WP XACT monoshock mirroring the latest technology found in the full-size motocross range. Linked directly to the swingarm in a PDS format, the WP XACT monoshock has a different mounting point to the previous generation, allowing for a more compact rear shock design with a shorter stroke. This provides improved rider feedback and stability over larger jumps and rough tracks.

A notable update over the previous generation is a lower suspension travel of 289 mm compared to 305 mm on the previous model. This has dramatically aided in controlling rebound and compression in the rear shock, with a more planted feel, better traction and overall handling.

Up front, the 2025 KTM 85 SX maintains the championship-proven and lightweight 43 mm WP XACT USD AER fork. Compared to the previous generation, the air pressure is tuned to 4.8 bar from the previous 5.0 bar for a smoother ride and suspension compliance.

An updated engine has improved power in the low and mid-rpm range and increased torque for performance. This is made possible by a new cylinder head and spark plug, ignition, exhaust, shift drum, and updated carburettor settings.

Changes on the new generation KTM 85 SX have also extended to the overall looks, with all-new slimmer bodywork mimicking that of the full-sized KTM SX range. This new look is also functional, allowing for better contact with young riders’ boots when standing up. New footpegs, a larger radiator and improved triple clamps round out the changes.

The 2025 KTM 85 SX is another example of KTM’s dedication to mini-cross, with the same amount of energy and attention going into the development of grassroots racing as it imparts at a Supercross level.

The new 2025 KTM 85 SX will be available for £6,399, from August.

20/06/2024 – 2025 EXC RANGE

2025 EXC RANGE

KTM EXC LINE-UP MOVES THE GOALPOSTS EVEN FURTHER

The 2025 KTM EXC range introduces a series of refinements and key touches to the Enduro lineup, bringing over 30 years of race-bred performance and cutting-edge technology to the trails.

With over three decades at the sharp end of World Enduro Championships – and countless regional titles – the 2025 KTM EXC line-up is set to maintain its domination of enduro competition.

Following 2024's significant 95% overhaul, the 2025 range continues to use revolutionary closed-cartridge suspension, refined frame and bodywork, and industry-defining technology.

The most notable change is the ‘orange’ makeover. Here, the previous 1990s-inspired purple highlights are replaced by a timeless silver-grey graphic over predominantly orange bodywork and a black frame. The seat remains orange, featuring a high-grip seat cover and textured grip strips, which can also be found on the frame protectors, tank shrouds and bar pad.

At the rear, handling is further refined, thanks to new settings for the WP XPLOR PDS shock, resulting in an improved pressure balance and a lower risk of cavitation. The swingarm also gets an update, with a machined unit to improve the durability of the chain glider.

Upfront, a new and updated fuel tank roll now secures the tank more firmly in place while keeping the frame protected against scrubbing. At the handlebars, a new on/off switch gear is carried over from the KTM SX range.

All models in the range keep the hydro-formed, laser-cut and robot-welded frame, which is renowned for its flex parameters, rider feedback and straight-line stability, with a 48 mm WP XACT Closed Cartridge spring fork and WP XPLORE PDS taking care of suspension duties.

For the UK market, the 2025 KTM EXC 2-stroke range will consist of the KTM 150 EXC, KTM 250 EXC and KTM 300 EXC. The 4-stroke line-up also remains unchanged, with the dirt ripping KTM 250 EXC-F, KTM 350 EXC-F, KTM 450 EXC-F and KTM 500 EXC-F filling the ranks.

The new 2025 KTM EXC range will be rolling off the Austrian production line in June and available from July. As an introductory offer for the UK market, KTM Finance is offering promotional finance rates across all 2025 EXC models. Ranging from zero to two per cent APR – depending on length of agreement – on Purchase Plan only, this new POWER DEAL is available until 31.07.24.

The 2025 KTM EXC range is the culmination of years of R&D fighting at the sharp end of Enduro competition worldwide. With dynamic race-bred performance, focused ergonomics and leading technology, the 2025 KTM Enduro range is primed and ready to challenge any terrain and redefine the limit.

As always, a dedicated collection of KTM PowerWear and KTM PowerParts are designed to provide the highest levels of performance and protection, with collections ready to meet the needs of hobby riders and pro racers alike.

MOTOCROSS 2025

KTM TAKES RIDER CONNECTION TO THE NEXT LEVEL WITH THE 2025 KTM MOTOCROSS RANGE

In its latest update since the completely revamped 2023 KTM SX range, the 2025 KTM SX and 2025 KTM SX-F range have upped the ante when it comes to rider connection, composure and control – along with the return of a fan favourite.

Engineered to provide riders with more control than ever before, the 2025 KTM SX and SX-F range brings a series of updates adopted directly from KTM's Factory Racing efforts, making this the most READY TO RACE line-up yet.

The frame has received the most significant update share, with visible cutouts and tube-wall thickness changes around the front, engine mounts and rear shock mounting areas. These changes have been specifically engineered to improve chassis flex characteristics and reduce weight by around 300 g while maintaining overall stability and improving cornering behaviour. An updated swingarm with a machined chain glider and an updated rear brake pedal for improved durability round off updates to the frame.

New Dunlop GEOMAX MX34 Motocross tyres are standard on the 2025 KTM SX and SX-F models, providing stability and control at the highest level to perform at their best. These feature a new carcass compound that improves damping and absorption, adding up to 30% longer performance. New Progressive Cornering Block Technology improves traction, grip and mud dissipation.

At the rear, the WP XACT rear shock benefits from an updated linkage with renewed seals and smaller diameter linkage bolts. The setup is taken directly from the KTM Factory Racing Team and is optimised to benefit weight savings and stiffness parameters. To complement the updates at the rear, the WP XACT AER fork features reworked settings to account for more flex and less weight.

Ergonomically, the 2025 KTM SX and SX-F range features new tank shrouds with bi-composite plastics on the upper and lower flanks, providing a fresh, sharp and distinctive new look and improved cooling. This is supported by an updated fuel tank roll that protects the frame against wear from scrubbing and improves tank fitment. Lastly, an updated air inlet sleeve and snorkel design features on the 2025 models. This is now a one-piece part, preventing deformation through a more robust and stiffer material design.

Above the surface, all-new graphics mirror the new design language of the tank shrouds and hint at the many small technical changes on the 2025 line-up. Full-orange bodywork, red and black in-mould graphics, and a more durable black seat bring a clean look while communicating pure, READY TO RACE intention.

Model year 2025 also sees the introduction of the Connectivity Unit Offroad (CUO), which is available as a KTM PowerPart for the 2025 KTM SX-F line-up. The CUO offers various functionalities and adjustability options via the KTMconnect app. This exists as two parts: the CUO – mounted on the right upper fork between the lower and upper triple clamp – and the GPS sensor on the front fender. A CUO-compatible front fender is available as a KTM PowerParts option.

At long last, the cherished KTM 150 SX rejoins the 2-stroke stable with much anticipation. The 2025 KTM 150 SX builds upon the foundation of the KTM 125 SX but with a significant overhaul of components. Specifically designed, modified and rearranged for racers in pursuit of elevated performance, it offers enhanced torque and an enriched riding experience.

The 2025 KTM SX and SX-F models introduce subtle yet significant enhancements to the race paddock, offering the broadest selection of machines designed to meet the needs of every rider and racer.
